All houses have well maintained gardens.  On the ground floor is a sitting room with digital television supplied. The kitchen has individual cupboard space, microwave, freezer, fridges, washing machine and tumble drier.

Each house has a separate bathroom and shower room, and each bedroom has its own wash handbasin.

All properties comply with fire regulations and have alarms and emergency lighting.

Prospective tenants must be in full time employment or full time further education and be prepared to give suitable references. Rent charged is £255 per calendar month, there is no bill sharing on top of this (Two months rent payable on start of contract).  One months notice of termination is required.
